The Devils Backbone Brewing Company was born into Nelson County in November 2008 and has been Brewing right along ever since. DBBC offers Gold Leaf Lager, Vienna Lager, Wintergreen Weiss & Eight Point IPA regularly and Brewmaster Jason Oliver brings seasonal specialties such as Belgian Ales, Scottish Seasonal, English Traditional, German Seasonal and experimental brews monthly. DBBC offers a full menu from Chef Shawn Goodwin which features such pub-house items as BREWHOUSE ONION RINGS & PUB PICKLES to Nuevo-Cowboy dishes like the POLLO BARRACHO ENCHILADAS & the COWBOY STEAK 18 oz bone-in ribeye. DBBC is kid-friendly and offers menu items for the little ones.
