Meriwether’s at the Capitol offers lunch Monday through Friday in a café setting in the new extension of the Capitol Building. Choose from our soup, salads, sandwiches and daily specials for lunch, as well as snacks and fresh baked cookies. Or try our specialty coffee drinks for that afternoon pick-me-up, brewed with locally roasted, fair trade coffee.
